- 기업, 시장 데이터 및 사내 데이터베이스를 활용하여 수요 고객군을 효과적으로 선별하고 고객 상황과 기회 요소를 어필, 고객의 비즈니스/IT 목표와 효과적으로 연결시킴으로써 검증된 영업 기회 확보
- 발굴된 영업 기회를 적시에 내부 전문가 팀과 연결시키고 트랙킹함으로써 성공적으로 클로즈될 수 있도록 관리 (Salesforce.com기반)
- 주요 영업 기회와 마케팅 캠페인 등에 대한 신속하고 효과적인 팔로우업을 통해 수준 높은 고객 경험 제공
- 소셜 미디어(페이스북, 링크드인 등)을 통해 회사 브랜드와 솔루션 가치 제고 Essential Requirements
- IT 전공 혹은 전문 지식을 기반으로 필드 IT 세일즈 경력 지향
- 새로운 기술과 산업, 조직, 프로세스 등에 대한 빠른 습득력 (자기주도형 Preferred)
- 기술/가치/차별성/기대효과 등을 간결하고, 쉽고 임팩트 있게 전달하는 커뮤니케이션 능력 (이메일 & 구두 커뮤니케이션)
- 낯선 혹은 돌발 상황에서도 여유를 가질 수 있는 담대함과 Stakeholder를 찾아내고 솔루션을 찾아낼 수 있는 문제 해결력 & 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 능력 Desirable Requirements
- IT 분야 Call기반 마케팅, 세일즈 & 성과 경험 (Preferred) or 상품/서비스 판매 경험 (인턴, 경력, 아르바이트 등)
- 시간 관리 능력을 바탕으로 자기 주도적으로 과제를 선정하고 이해관계자와의 팀플레이 능력
