- 로얄캐닌의3 Pillar 전문주요고객(동물병원, 펫샵, 브리더등의반려동물전문가집단) 대상행사및각종학술프로그램을계획하고진행한다.
- 반려동물시장, 업계및학계에서영향력있는인사및여론을주도하는리더들과대외협력관계를형성, 유지한다.
Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness
- 고객에게지속적이고체계적인세미나를진행함으로써로얄캐닌의차별화된영양학전문가로서의이미지를공고히한다.
- 고객및학계로부터의시각과의견을마케팅/ 영업부서와지속적으로공유하고논의한다.
- 지속적으로영양학세미나및이벤트를개최하여고객들에게신제품정보를전달한다.
- 사내영업부, 마케팅부등의관계부서에게지속적으로제품지식과영양학적정보들을공유하고교육한다.
- 영업사원에게TTTT (train the trainer)등을통하여로얄캐닌제품지식및영양학정보전달의기법(Detailing skill)을교육한다.
- 수의사협회와주기적의사소통및협력한다.
