- Ensure projects are effectively executed to meet ERM's and client's expectations;
- Demonstrate analytical, writing, presentation skills, and impactful client communication;
- Provide expertise for outbound investment projects, focusing on environmental permitting and planning;
- Participate in projects related to EHS compliance, due diligence, and management systems auditing.
- Maintain client relationships;
- Prepare proposals and presentations;
- Communicate with clients about project inquiries and support marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate people management skills to support, coach, motivate, and celebrate team members;
- BA Degree or Master in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, hydrogeology, or a relevant field;
- Minimum of 7 years of EHS management or consultancy experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Environmental Laws;
- Preferred experience in leading small or large groups;
- Fluency in Korean and English;
- Openness to travel internationally.
