- You will Coordinate internal communication within the game development team.
- You will increase productivity by improving development processes and communication.
- You will identify and address project risks.
- You will set up tech strategy and goal with Technical Director, SE Lead, and Producers.
- You will meet the service schedule and reach the quality goal with Technical Director, SE Lead, and Producers.
- You will manage resources ranging from people to budget.
- You will perform people management for working-level Client/Server Software Engineers.
- Experience managing game or other similar content development projects
- Experience with Jira, or equivalent project management tools
- More than 10 years of related work experience in the game/IT industry (project management, development, art, QA, or operation)
- Resume and CV in English
