- Develop the company's reputation in the market as a strategic partner
- Create and execute strategies for each segment and brand
- Enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage market expertise to develop innovative client-facing value propositions
- Work with the County Manager to develop and manage a new business growth plan
- Identify new business opportunities and lead through the sales process
- Manage costs associated with business development and deliver on new business P&L targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business (MBA is a plus)
- More than 10 years of experience in business and account development at multinational companies, MNOs, affinity departments at insurance companies or broker companies
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Prior experience in a multinational firm is preferred
- Fluent level Korean and English
