- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support in response to field sales requests, customer enquirier (both internal and external), including applications development, documentation education, customer training, and on-site visits
- On-line Raman instrument development for Biopharma and Chemical market
- Helping customers use instrument efficiently and successfully to increase customer happiness and revenue for ThermoFisher Scientific
- Support the existing and new customer base by resolving technical queries quickly and authoritatively either over the phone or by visiting the customer site
- Assists the regional sales team in the development of accounts by giving technical seminars and presentations that promote the use of our products
- Coordinate product trials locally
- 3 - 5 years application, service and engineering experience with spectroscopy products
- Chemometrics experience preferred; Raman, NIR instrument experience preferred
- BS Degree in Biology, Chemical, Biochemistry, Medicinal Bioscience or relevant
- Korean and English (verbal and written proficiency) including spreadsheet, database, word processing and Internet applications.
- Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong evidence of ability to implement and complete plans
- Frequent travel will be required
