- Control project schedule and coordinate contractors, suppliers and local architects in order to supervise the progress of work and to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate all building site activities and report to HQ in order to prevent any potential problem/shortage/delay.
- Liaise with Retail team in order to share store layout and the progress of work.
- Attend landlord meetings to understand landlord fit-out guidelines, local codes, building conditions and local authority requirements.
- Track all production to ensure that each fixtures and materials are delivered on time and within the specified budget.
- Travel frequently to meet with landlord, contractors and suppliers.
- Consolidate cost evaluation, invoices and payment status for project.
- Participate in the definition of project estimate.
- Liaise with HQ for forecasting and reviews.
- Draw up and updates all reports according to HQ requirements.
- Monitor project costs and payments.
- Supervise all extraordinary maintenance activities; liaise with suppliers or local contractors as required.
- Monitor agreements with suppliers.
- BA degree or above in Interior Design or relevant major
- Minimum 6 years experienced in interior design and construction profession
- In-depth knowledge in interior design
- Enriched & qualitative know-how in construction procedure
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficient PC skills (Auto CAD, Photoshop, Excel, Word)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill
