- Pre-work with Demand planning team and Production planning team for the goods readiness.
- Coordinating all outbound shipments to ship out from DC plant in Gumi.Communicate with plant team for the distribution planning and scheduling.Work with DC plant Shipping team to execute outbound deliveries per Sales ordersPre-notify the goods readiness date and get forwarder information.Liaise with designated freight forwarders to fine-tune for cargo pick-up schedule and arrangement.
- To handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation, and distribution plan for each shipment.
- Request DG inspection/Certificate & FTA Doc. (Multimodal DG Form/VGM Declaration Form/ KOMDI - Issue the DG Certificate etc.)
- Contact and communication with overseas counter parties, sales teams, forwarders, and other relevant parties.
- Lead Global Ocean Bid process to improve logistics process & Optimization with cost competitive solution.
- Managing KPI (Key performance index) for export shipment and handling all export related logistics cost.
- Seek continuous improvement for work processes.
- Partner relationship management and handling – Forwarders, Brokers, and Inspectors
- A bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with solid understanding on order to shipment process in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in business English (verbal and written) communication skill
- Proficiency in international trading practices (incl. FTA) with strong knowledge of trade compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate and able to manage complex situations & challenges.
- Project management & analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and strong time-management skill
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP system with hands-on experience

This position is responsible for leading logistics outbound strategies and action plans to optimize cost effective ways and providing best-in-class service to the customers in overseas. Owns operational responsibilities to manage the entire export shipment process including on time delivery for OE/AM export markets across APAC region and dealing with fulfillment issues/claims with business teams to meet expected commercial & operational requirements. This role is the key liaison between customers/commercial team and manufacturing plants for export logistics.
