MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
Training on newcomers / new tasks to assigned team members
Develop and enhance the workability and skills of team members
Trouble shooting on work process and coordinate job tasks with other department

Lead Project and Forecasting process
Responsible for developing a 12-15 month rolling forecast, providing guidance across functions through the monthly Forecast process, and driving communication on planning related topics.
Analyze all data pertinent to creating the baseline statistical forecast to ensure the correct model is used: historical sales, market trends, seasonality, past promotions, product life cycle
Proactively collaborates with Marketing/Sales team to ensure development and timely delivery of consensus forecast (basic & novelties) by understanding the business strategy and working together on the commercial plan.
Assure the consistency of the sales forecast, in volume and in value, ensuring it is in line with business plan via rational decision making based on inputs from key stakeholders.
Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing forecast gaps, recommending and implementing appropriate action plan
Lead monthly forecast meetings (for both: basics & novelties) with executives & BGM
Drive for a high standard of customer service and supply chain planning metrics performance
Use Demand Planning tool & participate in development, modification and improvement of procedures, policies, processes within the organization (local, regional & global)
Coordinate the forecast & monitor the consumption for POSM items; coordinate corrective actions for items under deviation
Closing check / House keeping
Report the P&L impact related to destruction& provision
Continuous improvement to manage the supply risk and lead with cross function like region planning team, commercial team to identify the action plan for mitigating the supply gap and fulfilment of business needs
Make recommendations and lead actions to deliver main KPIs (Presence ratio, stock coverage)

Control on master data update
