    An international insurance company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst. The chosen applicant will be responsible for monitoring performance, investigating any issues that arise, and providing solutions or guidance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide management support for the contact centre, monitoring daily performance and investigating any issues that require attention
    • Consistently check service changes and work collaboratively with other teams to expedite customer support
    • Provide insight towards business, service and actively suggest solutions for NPS when requested
    • Conduct customer journey mapping review to identify actionable recommendations on how to improve customer experience
    • Support and drive customer research for a deeper understanding of customer behaviours, preferences, and needs
    • Work as part of the Program Management Office for our Cross Sell and Partnership Ecosystem Program

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in a related domain
    • More than 5 years of related experience (customer support, management consulting, or insurance services is preferred)
    • Experience in the transformation of customer operations and services
    • Experience working on successful customer-centric work across physical and digital channels
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Understanding of insurance products, market trends, and customer demands
    • Business level English
