- New Project (Lumber Support, suspension, etc.) development design and management
- Prior development design and management
- Responding to design change tasks & Responding to customer requests and design improvement tasks
- Collaboration with product development related clients and related departments
- Coordination with L&P Automotive Global teams
- Team management (Design team, test room, Proto included)
- 5+ years direct leadership and development of technical staff
- Direct customer contact and product delivery to automotive customers within a cross functional team environment.
- Experience in the same industry as seats preferred.
