팀 소개
Coupang Eats 고객, CS(고객), SS(스토어), EDP(배달 파트너) 센터를 통해 Coupang Eats의 가치를 실현하게 위한 직접, 간접적인 모든 운영 업무를 수행합니다. 아웃소싱으로 운영되는 고객센터의 인력운용, 스케줄링, 데이터, 비용분석을 통해 필요한 Action 들을 실행하며 유의미한 결과를 만들어 결과적으로 고객센터의 생산성을 높이고 통화품질을 향상시킵니다. CS/SS/EDP 센터에서 Call, App, Live Chat, E-mail등의 채널로 유입되는 VOC(고객의 소리)를 모니터링하고 분석하여 시스템, 프로세스 등의 개선합니다. 고객만족을 위해 고객의 불편사항을 해결/개선할 수 있도록 필요 시 관련 부서에 에스컬레이션하고 끝까지 Follow-up 합니다. 위의 모든 활동들을 통해 고객경험을 개선시키고, 만족도를 극대화합니다.

당사는 위 2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 개인정보 보호법 에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
