- 담당직무
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: Coordinate the various stages of Marketing involved in Marketing Communications, Digital marketing, Promotions, and Experiential events based on Marketing strategy and related activities.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the development of marketing communications, promotions, and events to meet marketing goals by planning/managing all marketing activities for brand loyalty enhancement.
- Proactively assist brand/sales campaigns and trade meeting in conjunction with Sales team to get profitable sell-through at retails.
- Responsible for establishing promotion program for both customers & consumers and executing promotion for related products and GWP development for retail shops.
- Assists in driving, monitoring and engaging consumers on social media platforms such as Facebook, blog, Instagram and YouTube etc.
- Coordinate marketing events and other marketing efforts.
- All other projects as assigned by manager.

- 1-3 year experiences in marketing field preferred.
- Wide/Deep understanding of Outdoor sports industry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle numerous projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of how to use social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Korean/English and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions with minimal guidance.
- Proficient in MS Office and Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime as event and projects require.
