    Requirements

    자격요건

    • 인하우스 HR/ 채용 3년 이상 경력을 보유하신 분
    • AI/Tech/Senior/Executive 포지션의 채용 성과를 만들어 낸 경험이 있으신 분
    • 빠르고 변화가 많은 IT/스타트업 업계의 경험을 바탕으로 산업의 속성을 이해하고 적응할 수 있는 분
    • 엑셀, 스프레드시트, 기타 데이터 활용 툴을 능숙히 다루고 이에 진심인 분
    • 팀 단위로 일하고 협업을 즐기시는 분
    • 다수의 이해 관계자와 오해 없이 원활한 소통이 가능하신 분
      - Written communication 우수하신 분
    • 편안하게 영어 Speaking과 Writing이 가능하신 분

    우대사항

    • HR 관련 경력 5년 이상인 분
    • 원어민에 준하는 영어 실력을 보유하신 분
    • 관련법 이해도가 높으신 분
