    DuPont is looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Rep. in Seoul, Korea.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales team to execute customer orders and customer communication.
  • Work with supply source to follow up product availability and delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate local logistics operations with 3rd party vendors.
  • Prepare and issue required documents to customers (MSDS, COC and so on), coordinate customer credit issue, support AR collection in a timely manner.
  • Play a key role to ensure fully application of business rules and guidance.
  • Drive service KPI towards targets and keep/improve customer experience.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports as required.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries from existing and new customers
  • Maintain full compliance of SOX and internal control requirement.
  • Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end, including delivery instruction and shipment control. Also co-work with business in collection of account receivable
  • Monitors open order status and alerts to take appropriate actions where necessary to promote on-time delivery to the customer promise date.
  • Responsible for entering purchase orders to other DuPont manufacturing sites in overseas to receive materials for the resale to customers. Coordinate import process to meet customer's delivery date.
  • Interacts with various partner functions such as Sales team, Supply Chain, logistics, Finance, external warehouses to ensure that the customers' requirements are understood and commitments are met.
  • Adheres to all corporate policies, procedures and legislative requirements and advises management of adoption and/or deviations to policies and guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.
  • Provides back-up support to other members in group in the performance of job duties as required.
  • Provides Sales related information (sales order volume versus forecasted volume) to business.
  • Process and manage customers' orders in compliance with order fulfillment process standard and guidelines (from beginning to end).
  • Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with all aspect.
  • Sales team admin support (MSDS, RoHS, Conflict Mineral Material, and Input Environmental Data into customer system.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with major in Economics, Business Management, International Trading, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
  • Over 3~5 years relevant working experience with sufficient knowledge on customer order handling and import & export processes
  • Good mindset on customer service and customer orientation
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (including verbal, phone, listening and written communication skills) both externally and internally, to effectively develop strong relationship.
  • Well organized and self-disciplined
  • Good communication in Korean & English
