- DCS OF Ordering
- Place an order upon the sales demand
- Manage the order process, delivery schedule and analysis any potential risk e.g. delayed delivery
- Communicate the issues happened during order process with all stakeholders on time
- All import customs clearance should be conducted effectively and all the necessary local regulations are must be observed
- Share daily customs clearance lists with sales and service team
- Place an order according to local approval process (NPI)
- Manage and evaluate the local suppliers based on the local SOP
- The relevant purchasing processes and internal regulations should be conducted (DCS SP Purchasing S&S entities)
- Monthly closing for Import and local purchaing based on the local policy
- Check balance statements with all stakeholders
- University degree of equivalent order processing, international trade or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in order management and purchasing.
- International purchasing experience beneficial.
- Medical and/or safety technology experience beneficial.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of international trading
- IT skills : MS office, ERP system.. (NAV beneficial)
- Excellent ability to work in team, listen and to collaborate.
