- Responsible for sales and market development activities. Achieve revenue targets, objectives and key performance indicators and goals relevant to the position.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and effective marketing programs; take ownership for implementations and ROI tracking for the product group.
- Gather market intelligence and assimilate up-to-date market information to formulate sales strategies, training and tools for the sales and marketing team and distributors/Commercial Partners.
- Work with global, regional and country teams to align on strategies and execution.
- Establish and maintain close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and key Academic and Medical associations. Manage responsibility over projects and play an active role to influence policies and guidelines through key governmental and non-governmental accounts.
- Bachelor or Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years working experience, including at least 5 years' experience in sales.
- Knowledge of QIAGEN products preferred.
