    Job purpose

    Are you looking for a marketing role that allows you to lead world-class vaccine and take the accountability of the brand performance and promotional strategy?

    If so, this Brand Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to consider. This role will have specific focus on the marketing mix for Shingrix in GSK Korea. You work closely with the cross-functional to make sure we have a competitive strategy and executional plan to drive the uptake especially for adult over 50's.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plan for Shingrix in GH channel which has immunocompromised patients and chronic disease patients(CVMD), through a deep understanding of the customer/consumer needs and the market dynamics
  • Analyze market data and define the sales forecasts & demand plan
  • Have strong awareness and understanding of how to leverage promotional channels to support the desired business outcome and manages A&P budget accordingly
  • Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities.
  • Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify and execute plans
  • Interact closely with sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans
  • Engage with Medical to gain customer insights from employees and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs
  • Support and closely work together with Alliance team to collaborate with external third partners
  • Lead multi-channel including digital channel Management
  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 3 +year of marketing experience in pharma industry
  • Ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-dimensional marketing and/or business plans
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups
  • Teamworking and Communication Skills Preferred qualifications:
  • The latest or current MKT experience for CV, endo specialty.
  • Knowledge of Korea vaccine market dynamics and characteristics
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with key stake holders
