- Execute all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, field management, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in related field, master's level education an asset
- At least 1~2 years of prior qualitative research experience is essential, along with a good knowledge of the industry, including commercial understanding
- The ability to work creatively and think commercially
- Good storytelling skills are essential, as well as a working style that is flexible, innovative and analytical.
- A quick learner who enjoys breaking down complex topics and briefs into a tangible, actionable research approach.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to act as key client liaison on projects is essential
- Good project management, delegation and planning skills, good at multi-tasking
- No grounds for disqualification for overseas travel
