    A software testing automation solutions provider is looking for a Head of Korea, SaaS Partnership Development. The chosen candidate will develop a budget and go-to-market strategy to achieve target revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute the go-to-market strategy including partnership development, sales, marketing, customer support, and other necessary activities
    • Improve go-to-market operations
    • Manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and customers
    • Design training programmes for partners to maximise their services to end customers
    • Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions based on customer needs
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies

    Requirements:

    • More than 10 years of experience in business development or sales in the South Korean B2B software industry
    • Experience in partner sales and partner enablement in the Korean market for IT services (SaaS services is preferred)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in selling a software developer tool is advantageous
    • Experience in enterprise sales of IT services is advantageous
    • Native level Korean; business level English
