- Execute the go-to-market strategy including partnership development, sales, marketing, customer support, and other necessary activities
- Improve go-to-market operations
- Manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Design training programmes for partners to maximise their services to end customers
- Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions based on customer needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies
- More than 10 years of experience in business development or sales in the South Korean B2B software industry
- Experience in partner sales and partner enablement in the Korean market for IT services (SaaS services is preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in selling a software developer tool is advantageous
- Experience in enterprise sales of IT services is advantageous
- Native level Korean; business level English
