    A global electronic component distributor is searching for a Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will develop and implement strategic sales plans, engage with potential clients, and foster long-term partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the key commodity markets
    • Identify and engage with potential clients who require key commodity solutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the key commodity markets to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
    • Participate and assist in projects and initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in any domain
    • More than 10 years of electronics sales experience in franchise, distribution, or manufacturing
    • Prior experience in key commodity sales is preferred
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and with teams
    • Proficient in Korean
