    As Manager Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the Affiliate infrastructure set up for multiple markets.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Performance KPIs:

    · Launch the Affiliate Programmes across identified markets according to the client's timeline

    · Recommend platforms/networks for each market and leverage agency buying power to negotiate platform override fees

    · Support platform selection and contract process

    · Create clear guidelines and instructions for client's developers for all integration/tagging and data feed work

    · Liaise with relevant departments or data feed vendor/partners to set up data feeds according to each platform's technical specifications and requirements

    · Overall maintenance and troubleshooting of the Affiliate Programmes, ensuring clear collaboration and communication with relevant departments

    · Negotiate commission rates with chosen publishers per market

    Account Setup

    · Platform/network recommendations including consultation on setup, operational and overhead expenses and support Service Level Agreements

    · Develop process for managing the contract and invoice setup between the client and platform/network for each market

    · Provide data feed setup guidelines per platform/network and QA feed before it is uploaded

    · Create new account for each market across the various platforms/network including:

    o Brand profile

    o Create and upload creative links (logos, banners and evergreen content)

    o Create and upload text links highlighting any offers, promotions or evergreen landing page content

    o Create and upload Terms & Conditions that all publishers must comply with

    o Commission structure and publisher programme terms

    · Supply client with brand content guidelines for all content, messaging and creative by platform/network

    · Prepare and distribute materials (e.g. email, PDF, etc) for publishers highlighting the programme overview including brand and product information, affiliate programme details and publisher benefits/commission structure

    · Support platform/network tag, data feed integration and testing

    · Provide client with guidelines for setting up third-party tracking (e.g. GA)

    Account Maintenance

    · Optimise and update client content in account as needed including programme overview, brand and product information, Affiliate programme details and publisher benefits/commission structure

    · Update programme terms for specific markets as and when required

    · Ongoing troubleshooting to check tracking, tag and data feed are still implemented and working correctly and if not, provide a guide and/or fix to developers

    o Support any updates needed and QA/test changes before and after they go live

    · Provide bi-weekly maintenance progress report to client stakeholders

    Client Communication & Relationship

    · Regularly communicate with client stakeholders including:

    o Client HQ and local teams

    o Client's tech partners – internal and external

    o Affiliate platforms/networks – agency support and tech support.

    · Relationship-building and maintenance, consultation with clients to articulate recommendations and updates.

    · Lead discussions and presentations regarding programmes for client teams at HQ and local teams.

    Best Practices & Thought Leadership

    · Provide guidance on effective integration, commissioning structure, content, messaging, creative and publisher communication

    · Identify sector/channel trends for the purposes of anticipating client opportunities and challenges and any client training needs

    · Be well educated on all aspects of Assembly's Affiliate offering

    · Must be well read, able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to understand our client's business needs and be able to compel them toward a result

    · Must be organized and have experience managing large-scale projects across multiple platforms/networks and markets

    REQUIREMENTS

    · +5 year - Affiliate or Partnership Marketing Experience

    · Strong attention to detail

    · Strong reporting documentation skill set.

    · Familiar with data driven marketing process.

    · Preferably agency experience

    · Fluent in both English and Korean
