- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, SEM, Display, and paid social advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
- Help manage and expand the affiliate program, identifying new partnership (mainly Naver bloggers) opportunities and optimizing existing relationships.
- Track affiliate performance and regularly report on progress against key metrics.
- Work closely with affiliates to develop marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and report on marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Participate in collaborative efforts with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus
- Good command of English and Korean, both verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing platforms is a plus
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
- Strong time and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
