    About the Role

    [포지션 소개]
    디지털 플랫폼 프로젝트 매니저는 고객 경험 향상을 위한 디지털 플랫폼의 전반적인 계획, 개발, 운영을 리딩하고, 프로젝트를 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다. 혁신적인 디지털 플랫폼을 구축하고, 보험뿐만 아니라 다양한 고객 서비스 제공을 통해 지속적으로 디지털 이용 고객의 증대를 목표로 합니다

    [담당 업무]

    1. 플랫폼 전략 수립 및 관리

    사용자 중심의 디지털플랫폼을 구축하고, 고객 경험 향상을 위한 비전 제시

    IT 등 유관 부서와 협력하여 최상의 솔루션을 도출하고 실행

    중장기 프로젝트 관리 (디지털 로드맵 분석·제시, 기능 정의, Gap분석, 최적화된 고객 여정 기획)

    2. 플랫폼 운영

    비즈니스 변화에 따라 플랫폼 유지·보수

    비즈니스 및 데이터 분석에 대한 높은 이해도를 기반으로 문제를 발견하고 해결책을 제시
    - 디지털 서비스의 KPI 성과, 리스크 등 이슈에 대해 경영진과 소통

    [자격요건]

    8년 이상의 보험 또는 금융업 경력

    5년 이상의 모바일 & 웹 서비스 프로젝트(기획 및 운영) 경력

    웹 및 애플리케이션 구축에 대한 전문 지식 보유자

    데이터에 기반한 전략적 사고 능력

    의사결정, 문제해결 능력

    팀워크 및 대인관계 역량

    원활한 영어 의사소통능력 (English written and verbal)
