    Job description

    Responsibilities:

    The IT Project Manager should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure. Besides, a degree in computer science, IT, or related field, and professional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are preferred.

    1. Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    2. Developing Project Plans : Detail project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
    3. Execution and Monitoring : Direct and oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently within the predetermined timeline and budget.
    4. Communication : Act as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and senior management to present updates and progress reports.
    5. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to manage them.
    6. Quality Control : Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards set by the organization.
    7. Team Management : Lead and motivate project team members, provide guidance and direction, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
    8. Budgeting : Develop and manage the project's budget, ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated funds.
    9. Closure : Evaluate the project's success and limitations to support future improvements.

    Requirements:

    1. Customer experience platform and/or Commercial industry project management experience.
    2. BS Degree in Information Technology or similar field.
    3. 5-8 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit global organization required.
    4. 3-5 Years experienced overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads required.
    5. Experience using structured project management methodologies with agile SDLC methods.
    6. Experience in organizational change management and proven ability to establish process standardization and driving accountability by ensuring compliance and governance.
    7. Native Korean in both written and verbal is mandatory, strong written and verbal English language skills are required.
    8. Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
