- 매장의 매출 목표, 세일즈 개발 및 VPT, PPT, PPP, 신규 개척 건수, (관련이 있는 경우) 전환율 등의 핵심 성과 지표, 매장 내 활동에 대한 인지
- 개인의 판매 생산성과 위에서 언급한 핵심 성과 지표를 적극적으로 관측, 기록
- 재고 움직임과 제품 라인의 성과에 대해 인지
- 필요 및 사안에 따라 다양한 재고 관리 절차(수령, 전달, 재고 기록 업데이트 및 유지, 보충, 재고 조사 등) 수행
- 기업의 가이드라인에 따라 적절한 때에 맞추어 고품질의 비주얼 머천다이징 프레젠테이션 실시 및 유지 관리
- 담당 구역에 대한 정비(쇼케이스, 창문, 제품 등의 청소) 실시, 매장의 전반적인 청결 유지 보조
- 매장의 문서화/파일 유지 관리, 시의 적절한 보고서 제출 준수
- 금전 등록기 프로세스 수행
- 가이드라인에 따른 현금 관리, 입금, 정산 등의 적용 및 시행
- 매장 보안 및 안전 절차 준수
- 매장 목표를 달성하기 위하여 다른 팀 구성원들과 협력
- 서로간의 팀워크를 고취
- 필요에 따라 Boutique Manager를 support함
- 주얼리 판매에 관심과 소질이 있는 분
- 고객 서비스 마인드를 갖춘 분
- 스와로브스키 제품을 활용하여 고객 이미지 컨설팅을 하는 데에 흥미를 느끼는 분
