- Support Junior Area Manager to register purchase order and shipment information in ERP and get completion confirmation from Retailers
- Split actuals by division and POS, inform relevant teammates
- Cross check actuals vs. OC, invoice, BL, and confirm to Junior Area Manager and Retail Operation Specialist
- Issuance of a tax invoice (FOC, POS activities...)
- Request payment of customs fees to Local Finance team
- Arrange deliveries to each POS and serve as the primary point of contact for external local warehousing provider that store and in/out FOC goods
- Update the FOC local distribution and inventory tracking file
- Aggregate BA uniform sizes, order, and distribute
- Support Retail Operation Specialist following up product registration
- Check online promotion regular basis and inform to Retail Supervisors
- Overall follow-ups on off-site meetings (BA conference, training, team meetings...)
- Paperwork (official letters) needed for the counter to be created and sent
- Gather office order (stationary, saleable...) and create purchase order
- Vendor creation
- Supports the Sales, Retail, Education and Controlling with all adhoc requests and reporting
- Combine the results and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Graduate level and already has some experience working in a similar role
- Great analytical and attention to detail skills
- Good at communicating
- Proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrity
- Good at building a quick rapport with people
- Care about the people in the team
- Good computer skills, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English and Korean a must
