    Job Description

    We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team As a member of our supportive and collaborative work environment, you'll provide technical support for our users in the field, working closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues. You'll use your analytical skills to conduct research and investigation to find solutions, and you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

  • Provide technical support to users in the field, addressing issues with hardware, software, and network systems promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as to contribute to the enhancement of our systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough research and investigation to find solutions to complex technical problems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality of our systems.
  • Document technical information and solutions in a clear and concise manner, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective technical support, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving technical knowledge and skills to enhance performance and deliver high-quality support.
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule to provide on-shift support aligned with operational production schedules.
    a) Application Maintenance background, ERP System (SAP, E1, BASSN, JDE etc) Knowledge
    b) MS/MYSQL 2005 Database Management - optional (Basic SQL skill)
    c) WMS knowledge (Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc) – optional
    d) Business Analysis & system integration
    e) IT Project Management (for Assistant Manager) -optional

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • 5 to 13 years of relevant career experience in ERP/WMS implementations and support in large-scale distribution centers.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL statements for research, investigation, and resolution of production issues is a plus.
  • Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI formats and Internet functions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments and lead troubleshooting teams.
  • Knowledge and experience of WMS systems integration with MHE Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) in large-scale distribution center environments is advantageous.
  • Strong documentation skills for project and production support lifecycle projects and tasks.
  • Customer-focused, effective communicator, and strong team player.* Demonstrated self-learning attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Willingness to work in Yongin/Icheon for support and projects, with occasional business trips.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
