- Executes assistant tasks for GM relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Acts as point of contact for internal and external enquiries by phone and email, initiates actions like answering, sorting, etc., and assesses issues
- Organize and support management meetings, townhall, company events, and business workshops
- Organize itinerary and logistics including accommodation and transportation for global & regional visitors to HCB Korea
- Support managing GM's schedule, expenses, and other administrative tasks
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for the business when required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in being an assistant or related field is required
- Background in FMCG or other industry or related market is required
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Able to go on business trips abroad and/or nationwide
