    1년 파견직-Senior Associate Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job objective

    To build and develop company's omnichannel capability by providing data analytics and report generation associated with various digital marketing and salesforce effectiveness initiatives (i.e., SmartAmgen, Veeva, MDM and etc..) aligned with Amgen Korea's omnichannel marketing strategies.

    To lead local and global omnichannel initiatives, implementing digital related campaigns including execution of campaigns and building digital platforms and providing data analytics and insights.

    To support in developing competitive omnichannel marketing strategies and to build omnichannel foundation for Amgen Korea as an omnichannel pioneer.

    Main Roles & Responsibilities

    Omnichannel campaign and platform implementation lead

    Lead omnichannel campaigns, leveraging platforms such as E2E and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to optimize customer engagement across various marketing channels.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Develop and maintain digital platforms and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

    Sales Effectiveness CRM data analysis and maintenance

    Provide support in Veeva CRM and Master Data Management (MDM) maintenance, including data change requests, and overall Salesforce operation support.

    Lead various MDM/GDNA data validation and development initiatives, facilitating regional and local communication to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    Data Analytics and Report Generation

    Provide support in Veeva CRM and Master Data Management (MDM) maintenance, including data change requests, and overall Salesforce operation support.

    Utilize data platforms (e.g., C360 dashboard, Veeva) to analyze digital marketing and salesforce effectiveness metrics.

    Generate comprehensive reports and insights to evaluate the performance of omnichannel campaigns and initiatives.

    Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and market trends.

    Omnichannel Strategy Development and Support:

    Support in developing competitive omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with Amgen Korea's business goals.

    Contribute to the building of an omnichannel foundation for Amgen Korea, positioning the company as a pioneer in omnichannel marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

    Required Competencies/Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

    Experience in marketing, CRM, or related roles, with a focus on omnichannel marketing.

    Functional Knowledge: Utilize appropriate tools for report generation (i.e., Excel. pivot table and VLOOKUP), Data Analysis/Synthesis, Presentation, Products, Financial management. (Excel proficiency preferred)

    Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Veeva CRM, and experience in data analysis and maintenance.

    Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skill including in English with cross functional team and regional/global team, Data understanding & analytic skills, Presentation skill

    Others: Strategic focus, Communication & Interpersonal effectiveness, Planning & Project Management, Result orientation
