    팀 소개

    그로스 마케팅 팀은 신규 고객 유입부터 인게이지까지 고객 여정 전 과정을 데이터와 테스팅을 통해 개선하고 강화하며 쿠팡플레이 비즈니스를 빠르고 건강하게 성장시킵니다.

    다양한 채널을 통해 잠재 고객을 꾸준히 유입시키고, 그들을 가입과 시청으로 전환시키고, 또 다시 쿠팡플레이를 찾도록 하는 일. 그로스 마케팅 팀은 다양한 채널에서 이루어지는 다양한 캠페인을 기획, 운영하고 최적화 하는 일을 합니다.

    업무 내용

    User Acquisition Campaign - 전환 극대화 목적의 다양한 디지털 캠페인을 기획, 운영, 성과 분석 하는 일

    CRM Campaign - CRM 채널을 통하여 고객 시청 빈도를 강화하는 캠페인을 기획, 운영, 성과 분석 하는 일

    Product Marketing - 쿠팡플레이의 핵심 Product Feature를 고객에게 알리고 더 많이 사용하게 하는 일

    Experiments - 캠페인의 성과 개선을 위해 A/B 테스팅을 기획하고 그를 통해 인사이트를 도출하는 일

    자격 요건

    최소 6년 이상 12년 미만의 Growth Marketing 혹은 Growth Product Owner 경험

    다음 중 최소 1개 이상 경험 있으신 분

    구글, 메타 등 핵심 퍼포먼스 미디어를 활용한 컨버젼 캠페인 운영 경험

    CRM 채널(App push, In-app Push, MMS, eDM 등)을 활용한 캠페인 운영 경험

    프로덕트 조직과 협업하여 CX Funnel를 개선, 강화 해 본 경험

    프로덕 사용 주기, 사용량 등 제품 내 활동성 지표 개선하기 위한 캠페인 기획/운영 경험

    시리즈, 영화, 스포츠 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 폭넓게 시청하시는 분

    데이터 기반의 논리적 사고 능력을 가지신 분

    명확한 커뮤니케이션 능력

    서류 반환 정책
