- Developing and executing the production of marketing and product training materials and deliver sales force training
- Collect and analyze information of the market, competitors' activities and customer requirements etc for maximazing business opportunities
- Developing product materials and programs that support to grow the revenue and commercialization strategies using established brand guideline and procedures
- Collaborating with International marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature and regulatory, legal requirements
- Responsible for other activities including KOL engagement, customer management in local and regional level
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities
- Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales trends
- Work close with key clients, decision makers and accounts in the region
- minimum 3 years of professional experience working in sales marketing or IVD/medical device/healthcare industry required
- over 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field is required
- At least intermediate English speaking and writing skill is a must
- Good skills in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationships skills
