    POSITION TITLE: PR & COMMUNICATION MANAGER

    LOCATION: KOREA

    1) Summary of Position

    A key position with full responsibility to implement communication & PR strategies for IWC Korea within the framework of the global directions and local priorities/initiatives. His/Her main objectives are to maximize brand visibility and re-build the brand's desirability among target audience.

    2) Activities:

    • Strategic Planning & review
      • Work with marketing director to develop and implement the long-term and yearly communication strategies across all functions
      • Analyze the implementations of all communication strategies and campaign KPIs
      • Analyze group/local MI data to implement in campaigns
      • Track brand performance(KPI)
      • Competitor's activity monitoring
    • Public Relations
      • Plan strategic PR initiatives and execution PR campaigns including editorial production
      • Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
      • Identify future opportunity for 3rd party activation and collaboration
    • Digital
      • Digital monitoring and DA management(Naver / Kakao / etc)
    • Event
      • Propose annual event calendar (off site & in-BTQ)
      • Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement
    • Budget Management
      • Responsible for communication budget planning and follow-up
      • Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses
    • People management

    • Seoul, South Korea

    4) Key relationship with:

    Internal contacts:

    • Reports to marketing director
    • Work closely with: IWC Korea commercial team, IWC brand HQ, Richemont Korea

    5) Qualifications:

    • Min. 7 years of experience in communication (luxury fashion, watch & jewelry industry experience is a plus)
    • Strong communication skills both in Korean and English
    • Solid local network
    • Hands-on management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
