- Maintain a database about planograms by customer, planogram change dates, timings for listings, shelving aspects, and requirements from customers
- Analyse together with sales the assortment listed and distribution by customer to continuously improve
- Optimise the in-store visibility on shelf and secondary display options in-store
- Analyse promotions, tasting, or sampling activities to capture learnings and insights
- Ensure a brand and product assortment that meets consumer needs
- Develop POS material to support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and optimised visibility on shelf
- Execute in-store, out-of-store, and other initiatives and participation in special events
- Develop and execute communication materials for the trade such as leaflets, presentations, brand stories, and samples
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years of trade marketing experience
- Practical experience in FMCG with A-brands and international environment (food or drinks is preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of the market, channels, and customers in Korea
- Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
