[팀/포지션 요약]고객플랫폼팀은 AIA생명의 고객 대면 Digital 채널 및 Platform을 구축/운영하며, AIA 생명의 대면 고객 만족도 향상을 목표로 합니다.
이 포지션은 헬스케어 모바일 플랫폼(Vitality) 개발/유지 보수, 파트너와 협력하여 모바일 앱/시스템을 안정적으로 관리하여 고객 서비스가 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 합니다.
[주요 업무]
MS Azure Cloud 환경 기반의 Mobile App 개발 및 운영에 대한 이해도를 바탕으로 비즈니스와 IT개발/유지 보수, 파트너와 협업을 통해 안정적으로 Vitality Mobile 플랫폼 운영 관리
고객 관점에서 Vitality Mobile App 기능 및 성능을 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 전략을 수립/실행하여 사용자 경험 향상
비즈니스의 요구 사항을 이해하고 효과적으로 해결
Mobile App 프로세스 및 플랫폼 개선을 위해 기능, 요건 정리, 프로젝트 일정 관리

이해 관계자와의 협업 및 업무 조율 능력
우대사항
Frontend 및 Backend 개발 경험
보험, 헬스 케어 또는 멤버십 플랫폼 서비스 개발/운영 관리 경험
다국적 기업 근무한 경험
