    JOB PURPOSE 개인 및 매장 판매 목표를 초과 달성하기 위해 노력하고 소매점 주도 성장의 주요 전략을 실행하고 프랜차이즈, 운영 효율성 및 모든 부서 카테고리 개발을 활용합니다.

    새로운 고객을 개발하는 책임을 소유하고 기존 고객과의 관계를 유지하는 것뿐만 아니라 모든 상호 작용 동안 Burberry Experience를 매일 수용하고 준수합니다.

    RESPONSIBILITIESSales & ServiceBurberry Experience를 포용하고 회사의 트레이닝 가이드라인에 따르며, 버버리 럭셔리 브랜드의 수준과 이미지를 반영하기 위해 노력버버리 행동강령을 바탕으로 지속적으로 개인 세일즈 목표를 달성뛰어난 대인관계와 커뮤니케이션 능력을 발휘하여 고객에게 서비스 제공 Cultivate적극적으로 고객을 발굴하고 로열티 있는 고객으로 만들기모든 Cultivate 요구사항 숙지 세일즈로 연계될 수 있도록 고객에게 이메일 발송하여 매장에 재방문할 수 있도록 초대최신 업데이트 된 Client Book을 이용하여 세일즈 진행 Visual Standards회사 규정 준수, 버버리 가이드라인에 맞는 Visual 테크닉 사용Monthly Floorset 이해하고 실행하기제품 걸어서 제 자리에 놓기판매 후 제품 보충해 놓기제품을 제대로 된 장소에 접거나 걸어 놓기가격표 옷 안에 넣어서 고객이 바로 보지 않도록 하기 Floor Presence & Maintenance하루의 시작 :
    매장에 도착하여 고객을 맞을 준비가 되었는지 확인하루의 끝 : 모든 상품이 제대로 보충되어 있어서 다음날 판매할 준비가 되어 있는지 확인매장에서 항상 액티브 하게 업무에 임할 것피팅룸 항상 청결히 유지할 것 Back of The House Support마크다운 프로세스, 매년 진행하는 재고관리, 세일행사 도와주기매장에서 필요한 물건 전달주기Back of the House(창고) 정리하기PERSONAL PROFILE적극적인 태도로 업무에 임할 것명확하고 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 항상 모든 직원들과 친밀하게 지낼 것긍정적이고 업무에 책임을 지는 모습을 보여줄 것결과 중심적이면서 유연하게 변화에 대처할 것패션, 디자인에 대한 관심POS와 매장 시스템에 대한 이해최소 1년 이상 럭셔리나 관련 인더스트리 업무 경험중국어, 영어 가능자 우대고등학교 이상의 학력 소지자 (초대졸 및 대학교 졸업자 포함)패션 관련 학위 소지자 우대, 명품판매 또는 서비스 관련 유경험자 선호장애인, 국가보훈 대상자는 관계법령에 의거 우대
