    Reporting to: People & Culture Business Partner (Field Force Sales)

    Learning & Development Associate

    This L&D Associate is designed for the purpose of developing HQ people's capability through L&D and execution of talent acquisition process of field force. This incumbent will have opportunity to gain hands on experience in International Company like JTI and be able expand his/her knowledge and skills within People & Culture (P&C) functions such L&D, Talent Acquisition and other task related in P&C.

    What will you do?

  • Learning & Development (HQ):
    - Contribute to achieve P&C strategy through training link with company vision
    - Implement training process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)
    - Develop & implement annual training plans in line with company strategy and identification of
    employee' training needs link with their career development plan
    - Support Business Partner (FF) to set training strategy based on A&SP Plan
    - Co-work with sales trainer to achieve training strategy & to develope capability of the FF
    - To prepare assigned trainings of the year through the training administrative task
    (Scheduling, Payments, Agreements, Venue Booking etc.)
    - Select and manage vendors to ensure a consistently high quality of execution for training
    programs
    - Manage annual training budget and ensure annual spend within the approved amount &
    Facilitate the government supporting through collaboration with the labor officer
  • Talent Management & Acquisition (FF):
    - Preparing job posting, CV pre-screening, scheduling interviews and FF H/C
    management
    - Preparing draft & share announcement notifies all stakeholders of new hire, transfer &
    promotion
    - Supporting promotion & transition process of FF
    - Contributing to set hiring budget of FF, Report the usage status on a regular basis and align
    with Business Partner Manager (FF)
  • Employee Engagement
    - Contribute FF award program through communication with DSO & Stakeholders
    - Support various employee engagment program such as EES, Townhall, corporate events
    Inspired Award, MIB etc. as a member of P&C
  • Others
    - Contributing & Supporting various P&C tasks & projects as a member of P&C
  • Who are we looking for?

  • University degree
  • 1-3 years of HR Management or HR Development Experience/Background (Relevant work experience in FMCG industry or Route Sales area preferred)
  • Knowledge & skill regarding human resource development & talent acquisition
  • Understanding sales organization, field force, sales activity & tobacco industry
  • Communication Skill
  • Sales oriented mind & High level accountability
  • Willing to travel to local JTI branches
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
