    Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health Asia ("KAA") is the Asia Pacific regional headquarters of Kemin Industries, Inc. based in Singapore. With a sales turnover of US100 million, KAA operates in 15 markets comprising ASEAN, Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Taiwan. The Singapore regional headquarters house all the key functions of sales, marketing, human resource and finance. It is also the manufacturing and R&D powerhouse for all the 15 Asia Pacific markets. Technical Service is not only a core competency of the company but remains a clear differentiator to build the trust and confidence of KAA's customers in the livestock industry, . the integrators, commercial feed mills and farms.

    Overall Function: To ensure that Kemin's Korea consolidated sales revenue and expense budgets are met or exceeded through effective coordination and management of the sales efforts in collaboration with the team in Kemin Korea office. To be responsible for driving sales activities for key operations in Korea and to meet or exceed the consolidated sales budget set for these customers.

    Responsibilities

  • Jointly responsible for the achievement of the sale revenue and expense budget of Kemin Korea every fiscal year. This generally means exceeding an annual rate of growth of 10-20%.
  • Develop and implement the annual account plan for sales.
  • Provide technical presentation to customers.
  • Managing Kemin's customers and distributors, this includes providing technical and product knowledge support.
  • Manage account pricing in accordance to directions set by the Country President.
  • Collaborate with the team in Korea to implement and ensure completion of the country sales strategic plans
  • Host product seminars to customers
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of animal science degree with more than 2 years experience in sales. The candidate would have Korea livestock industry or related industry experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
  • Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating, developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial reasoning.
  • Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills.
  • Working Conditions: The Sales Manager is based in Korea. The position requires tremendous flexibility and may require the incumbent to travel domestically.
