    An international manufacturing company is searching for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for identifying potential partners within the industry, and fostering relationships that benefit both parties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales and distribution strategies
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key brands, ODMs, and other stakeholders in the beauty and skincare industry
    • Actively manage the new business cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations
    • Build, manage, and maintain a substantial pipeline ensuring that all activity is accurately documented
    • Draft commercial documents including NDA, heads of terms, manufacture, and supply agreements
    • Represent the company at trade and industry events

    Requirements:

    • More than 6 years of experience in a sales position in the beauty industry
    • Business and science work experience or education
    • Experience in sales proposals and coordinating contractual activities
    • Background in cold calling
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Proficient in Korean and English
