- Owns P&L of the respective brand(s).
- Develops strategies and action plans to achieve annual sales and market share objectives.
- Leads development and execution of brand building strategies and activities.
- Analyses market data and consumer insights for business decisions.
- Owns and leads new product launch planning & executions.
- Manages activations and promotions.
- Manages communication with sales, cross functional, regional, and international teams to deliver the business goals by driving stakeholders to common objectives.
- Effectively allocate resources according to annual budget.
- Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing reports.
- Responsible for S&OP planning based on market trend and projections.
- Manages external agencies (Creative, Digital, PR, Media, & Design).
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure. Ideal Background
- Minimum: B.A. degree in Business or related field
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Minimum: 8 years of experience in marketing
- Preferred: 10+ years of marketing and trade marketing experience in multi-national FMCG
