  • Responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development and ensuring service excellence to clients
  • Provide and structure solutions and help clients improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards
  • Responsible for the sales of certification and training business in DNV Korea
  • In a proactive mode, identify and approach target prospective customers, generate sales opportunities in line with DNV service portfolio
  • Ensure the proper tagging of sales in the system, the accuracy of sales quotes as per DNV rules, guidelines, and practices
  • Support the digitalization transformation and initiatives
  • Develop a local network of partners (consultants, channels)
  • Follow-up, negotiate, and conclude business contracts to achieve individual targets
  • Take part in local marketing actions (events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions,
  • Sustain existing customers' loyalty, responsible for driving the recertification/retention of existing clients/customers by managing the queries or requests to renegotiate terms and conditions to a successful conclusion of remaining with DNV
  • Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
  • This position reports to the MSC & Training Sales Manager and will be part of the Sales Team

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant stream
  • 3 plus years minimum CB working experience
  • Relevant years of successful experience in selling B to B solutions and services are needed (references to be provided)
  • Strongly business-oriented, efficient, autonomous, and accountable, with an entrepreneurship and market developer mindset
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, open to change, and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal relationship capability, ability to work both remotely and with a team
  • Ability to approach and convince the decision makers by listening to their expectations, understanding their stakes and goals, offering adapted /innovative/value-added solutions
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
