    A medical technology company is searching for a Sales Representative. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with target surgeons, influencers, and hospital stakeholders
    • Promote surgical platform to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators
    • Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and clinical value of products
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to medical devices
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform the voice of customers and field activities
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • 2-6 years of medical device sales experience
    • Knowledge of medical device industry dynamics, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
    • Strong familiarity with operation room settings in teaching hospitals
    • Business level English
