    About Us:

    ApoQlar is transforming the practice, experience, learning, and sharing of medicine with VSI HoloMedicine, a certified mixed reality platform leveraging Microsoft HoloLens hardware. Our mission is to enhance patient outcomes, empower clinical professionals, and educate the next generation of medical practitioners. The VSI HoloMedicine is FDA and CE approved, active in 50+ reference sites globally and a registered trademark in the EU, Singapore and the USA.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. you will play a pivotal role in identifying and exploring new business opportunities for our innovative medical mixed reality technologies. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships on-site in Korea as well as select countries in North Asia like Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We look forward to receiving your application

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Join the APAC North Asia sales team to shape sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts across North Asia, with a focus on high-volume centers in Japan, Korea, and Hong-Kong.
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and academic centers.
    • Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities, prioritizing key accounts and key opinion leaders.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs to maximize the conversion rate from trial through to subscription.
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are equipped by actively participating in the sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with the product design and software engineering teams to enhance the utility of our software for clinical use in key target specialties.
    • Provide feedback on improving the product experience, increasing ease of use, and enhancing user engagement.
    • Guide product launches into new or expanded use areas, such as the 'medical metaverse' for healthcare practitioner education and MedTech industry partnerships.
    • Facilitate the adoption and normalization of mixed reality use cases, particularly in intra-operative settings, across North Asia.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close agreements with large customers and academic institutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • English is mandatory and multilingual capability is essential, including proficiency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
