    We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Aesthetics team in South Korea. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high preforming team and grow your career.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong and long-lasting partnerships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within key accounts, maximizing revenue, and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, aligning them with overall company objectives, and forecasting future opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and requirements, and providing feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Bachelor`s degree in related field
  • Good project management (Maintain good quality of work and achieve deadlines)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skill
  • Good inter-personal skill, Good communication skill
  • Good English communication (Writing and verbal)
  • MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook) proficiency
