    Sales Specialist - Process Automation, Metal/Paper Industry

    As a Sales Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will be accountable for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way, order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

    In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
    • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
    • Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
    • Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

    Your background

    • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalences
    • 0 - 5 years of experience in sales or sales support
    • Sound knowledge of Process Industries and the Process Automation market
    • Knowledge of Window-based OS, MS office tools
    • The ability to develop and manage customer relationships
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Business level in verbal and written English, and fluent in Korean
    • Travel frequency < 40%
