    Intro

    We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Network Business Transformation specialist. The key objectives of the position is to strategically design and execute communication channels and methods within Mercedes-Benz Korea and MB Networks, ensuring timely and impactful dissemination of information related to the business transformation. This includes active understanding and involvement of the Retail of the Future (RoF) project and facilitating/conducting communications throughout the project implementation period until the stabilization of the new business format. The position is also responsible for coordinating the project activities within the Network Development & Training.

    1.Business Transformation Communication


    •Strategize and implement optimal channels (online/offline) and approaches (meeting/benchmark trip) for timely and impactful communication within Mercedes-Benz Korea and MB Networks regarding the business transformation.


    •Monitor and participate the overall progress of the project and take active role in disseminating updates on the Retail of the Future (RoF) project to employees across MBK and MB Networks. This may include convening monthly RoF ambassador meetings and other relevant meetings.


    •Address inquiries and requests from MB Networks promptly and accurately, ensuring that employees receive the correct information they need to navigate the transformation effectively.

    • Mercedes-Benz Korea 및 MB 네트워크 내의 비즈니스 변화 관련 정보를 적시 및 효과적으로 전달하기 위해 최적의 채널 (온라인/오프라인)과 방법 (회의/벤치마크 여행) 계획 및 실행


    • 프로젝트 전반적인 진행 상황을 모니터링, MBK 및 MB 네트워크 전 직원에게 미래의 소매 (RoF) 프로젝트에 대한 업데이트를 적극적으로 전달하기 위한 역할 수행. (매월 RoF 대사 회의 및 기타 관련 회의 소집 포함)


    • MB 네트워크 문의사항과 요청에 신속 및 정확 대응, 직원들이 비즈니스 변화를 효과적으로 해내기 위해 필요한 올바른 정보 제공

    2. Business Process and Organization Change at MB Networks


    •Collaborate with the project team and other business units to redefine the business process and structure at MB Networks with a specific focus on the Retail of the Future (ROF) project and to provide best customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.


    •Perform comprehensive analysis of the current roles and responsibilities (R&R) within key positions at MB Networks (e.g., Sales Consultant, Product Expert, etc.) and propose updated R&R frameworks to align with the evolving business landscape.


    •Recommend necessary organizational changes within MB Networks to adapt to the ongoing business transformation.

    • 미래의 리테일 (RoF) 프로젝트에 특히 초점을 맞추어 MB 네트워크에서의 비즈니스 프로세스와 구조를 재정의하고, 고객 여정 전반에 걸쳐 최상의 고객 만족을 제공하기 위해 프로젝트 팀 및 다른 부서와 협력


    • MB 네트워크의 주요 포지션 (예: 영업 컨설턴트, 제품 전문가 등) 내 현재 역할과 책임 (R&R)을 철저히 분석하고, 진화하는 비즈니스 환경에 부합하도록 업데이트된 R&R 프레임워크 제안


    • 지속적인 비즈니스 변형에 적응하기 위해 MB 네트워크 내에서 필요한 조직적 변화 추천

    3. RoF Project Coordinator at Network Development & Training


    •Coordinate and manage various RoF related activities within Network Development Team & Training for efficient project management (eg. Margin walk calculation & communication, Dealer communication, etc.) and collaboration.


    •In charge of budget & cost planning/management within the team related to RoF project.


    •Offer agile support to the team in areas where it is required, adapting quickly to the evolving needs and challenges they encounter.

    • 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 위해 네트워크 개발 팀 및 교육 내에서 다양한 RoF 관련 활동을 조정 및 관리 (예: Margin walk 계산 및 소통, 딜러 소통 등).


    • RoF 프로젝트와 관련된 팀 내 예산 및 비용 계획/관리 담당


    • 팀이 필요한 영역에서 민첩한 지원을 제공하고, 진화하는 요구사항과 마주치는 도전에 신속하게 적응

    Qualifikationen

    Education

    Bachelor's degree

    Experience

    Min 3 years' experience in automotive or similar industry.

    Experience in business administration or process /project management preferred.

    Specific knowledge

    Depth knowledge of business structure and process especially in automotive and/or dealer business.

    Proficiency in project management and documentation via different tools (PPT, Excel, Power BI, etc.)

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex KPIs.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, both Korean and English (verbal, written and presentation)

    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
